On August 23, 2026, a high‑level delegation from the Office of the Council of Ministers (Cabinet Secretariat), the Ministry of Finance and local governments of the Kingdom of Cambodia visited the headquarters of Shaoxing Shangyu New Yinbang Biochemical Co., Ltd. for an inspection tour. The Company’s Chairman and management team gave the delegation a warm reception.
On‑site Visit
The delegation was headed by His Excellency HIV PANHAVUTH (He Banwu), Secretary of State of the Cabinet Secretariat; His Excellency EAV CHAMROEUN (Yao Junlang), Deputy Secretary of State; His Excellency LAO MENG (Huang Zhiming), Deputy Secretary of State; His Excellency DY SEREYVIRAK (Di Silira), Director‑General; Mr. CHAN SAM ART (Zhan Shen’an), Deputy Director‑General; Mr. HOU KUNVUTH (Hou Kunwu), Deputy Director‑General of the Ministry of Finance; and Mr. TAING MENGLEAN (Dang Mingliang), Deputy Governor of Kandal Province. Mr. OUYANG JINGANG, Chairman of the China‑Cambodia Overseas Interests Protection Institution, accompanied the visit.
Accompanied by Mr. Du Jianhao, Chairman of the Company, the delegation toured the corporate exhibition hall, DCS central control room and R&D center in sequence, gaining in‑depth insights into the company’s development history, product portfolio, capacity layout and technological innovation achievements. Mr. Zhang Jianjiang, Deputy General Manager of Production, gave a full‑process presentation on the DCS central control room and relevant product configurations.
During the visit, the delegation spoke highly of the company’s standardized production management, technology and quality assurance system, as well as its advanced DCS automatic control facilities. Both sides also held on‑site interactive exchanges covering production processes and field application performance of products.
